seasoned edamame bean stew
Edayummy 350g – 2 to 3 big portions
Having lived in Thailand as a kid, and returned on vacation as an adult, I know that Thai flavors are so amazingly delicious that they should be used in as many meals as possible. Edayummy goes so well on rice, or in a salad, or if you want to get fancy, in lettuce wraps.
Rich in protein. Rich in fiber. Edamame are immature soy beans, deliciously green and crunchy, seasoned here with Thai inspired spices like lemongrass, lime leaves, and ginger. For more information on the nutritional value of pulses click here.
Tray made of recycled plastic. And recyclable. This may seem like a standard plastic tray but it is not. Reducing demand for virgin packaging materials is central to Cool Beans Foods, even at the expense of microwavability. PET plastic is the most efficient packaging material to produce, so even better, why not use recycled PET plastic.
