Edamame Green Curry

Edamame Green Curry is a creamy, thai-inspired green curry of edamame stewed with lemongrass, kaffir leaves, coconut milk and other aromatic ingredients. Ready to eat, with 12 grams of protein per serving, minimally processed organic ingredients and 100% plant, it is ideal for anyone who wants to reduce their consumption of animal protein. Ideal on a bed of rice, with a slice of lime and some veggies like spinach and fresh coriander.

Preparation : heat in a pan for 9 minutes on medium heat, stirring occasionally, or in the microwave for 3-4 minutes on medium power, stirring once during heating.
